1325 W. Culver

As I drive thru the Encanto/Palmcroft and FQ Story neighborhoods, I am reminded of my younger days as a young girl living in the neighborhood. I went to Franklin School and graduated from Kenilworth quite some years ago. I have a heart for these older unique homes and about 2 years ago, I purchased a home on Lynwood Street and lived there prior to my relocation to Culver.

When I noticed the home at 1325 W. Culver, in great disrepair, I wanted to help bring it back to its original self. With much research and assistance from a local designer, we renovated the home as it looked many years ago. The renovation required much attention to detail, so that we only used products that fit into the way the home was in its earlier days, like restoration of the original windows and hardwood flooring. I am very happy with the results and thus moved into the home to continue to enjoy and feel the good energy of this home.

As I walk my dog each day, I feel much happiness and joy and appreciate the very interesting and unique quality of the FQ Story neighborhood.
