📍 FQ Story Neighborhood
The number of homes vary each year. We typically showcase between 9-12 homes, 6-8 gardens, and the Franklin School, which is a historic landmark.
Due to their historic nature, many of the homes on the tour feature stairs, narrow hallways, and other original architectural elements that may limit accessibility. While we cannot guarantee access to every home, many of the garden spaces are more easily navigable. The Holiday Street Marketplace and Beer & Wine Garden are located on flat terrain and are accessible to most guests. We will also have limited handicap parking spaces and electric “Reindeer Shuttles” to help get you around to see the homes. If you have specific accessibility needs, feel free to contact us at hometour@fqstory.org for more information.
You do need a ticket to tour the homes and gardens. The Holiday Marketplace, live music, and Beer and Wine Garden are free to explore. Tickets for the 2026 home tour will go on sale in October.
Tickets go on sale in October. Check back ofter to secure your early-bird pricing.
Dust off your galoshes, grab an umbrella and consider it an Arizona blessing! The Tour goes on rain or shine! Refunds will not be given due to rain.
Ample street parking is available around FQ Story. We will have "Reindeer Shuttles" (golf carts) available to shuttle you between your car and the various homes.
