The number of homes varies each year. We typically showcase between 9-12 homes, 6-8 gardens, and the Franklin School, which is a historic landmark.
Are homes ADA accessible?
Due to their historic nature, many of the homes on the tour feature stairs, narrow hallways, and other original architectural elements that may limit accessibility. While we cannot guarantee access to every home, most of the homes and garden spaces are easily navigable. The Holiday Marketplace is located on flat terrain and is ADA accessible. We have some handicap parking spaces and our stepless, electric “Reindeer Shuttles” to help get you around to see the homes. If you have questions about specific accessibility requirements, feel free to contact us at hometour@fqstory.org. We will do our best to help you navigate our Tour.
Do I need a ticket to visit?
YES, you need a ticket to tour homes and gardens, however, the Marketplace is free to explore at no charge.
Do children need a ticket to visit with me?
All children 12 years and under are free to attend with a responsible adult.
When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets go on sale July 15th, 2026. Secure your early-bird pricing between July 15th and Cyber Monday.
What happens if it rains?
Dust off your galoshes, grab an umbrella and consider it an Arizona blessing! The Tour goes on rain or shine. Refunds will not be given due to rain.
Where do I park?
Ample street parking is available around F.Q. Story. We have "Reindeer Shuttles" (electric golf carts) driven by helpful Story Elves who can shuttle you between the various homes and the marketplace.
